CHEMDOSER
Chemdose designed the “CHEMDOSER” to fit the specific needs of one of our customers.
However it soon became apparent that there was a market for a “plug and play” system for liquid dosing.
The “CHEMDOSER” is light, robust and can be easily transported and installed through a standard door opening removing the need for expensive civil modifications.
Using the “plug and Play” philosophy these systems are fully tested in house, having all the required components mounted on the dosing rig, removes the need of costly on site installation.
The "CDC-CL2" controller is the brain of system and provides fully automated duty changeover, dilution and flow/residual dose control. Alarms and dosing trends are all accessible through the simple touch screen HMI display.
The “CHEMDOSER” uses the latest industry leading chemical dosing pumps and analyser technology to provide a robust and versatile product.
