CHEM-MDS
The Chemdose “CHEM-MDS” is a simple manual dilution system using innovative venturi technology.
Traditional batch chemical dilution systems required a pump transfer of chemical into the dilution tank and then water added, this can inevitably lead to mixing issue.
The “CHEM-MDS” requires no pumps or mixers, greatly reducing the capital cost and future maintenance
The system uses water pressure and flow, passing through a venturi to cause a vacuum in the suction leg, which lifts the chemical; this is then mixed in nozzle and transferred to the dilution tank. Producing reliable and repeatable in line mixing!
The water flow and chemical flow are indicated via variable area flow meters and the dilution range can be easy varied by adjusting the two metering valves. Providing much more flexibility than a traditional system.
The “CHEM-MDS” comes installed in IP54 chemically resistant enclosure or can be retrofitted to a existing chemical dosing system as stand alone unit.
