CHEM-ADS
The Chemdose “CHEM-ADS” is a fully automated dilution system using the same technology of the “CHEM-MDS” but with the introduction of PLC technology.
The system is fully automatic and requires minimal operator intervention. The great flexibility allows us to produce a wide range of adjustable dilution ranges and for any liquid chemical to be produced.
A simple interface screen provides indication of system operation and access to the adjustable settings.
The unit can be provided as a retrofit kit to fit with an existing dosing system or as a stand alone unit complete with bunded stock/dilution tanks. The stand alone system can be easy interfaced with existing dosing pumps.
Telemetry outputs are available for
Neat chemical re stock, Dilution failed, Water Flow failed, Low dilution tank level, Bund alarm
